Roscio Rueda is the Assistant Vice President, Small Business Development  Officer with Legacy Texas Bank.  She manages the small business lending programs for the Southern Sector of Dallas.  Prior to that, Rosie was a Senior Business Development Officer in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area for LiftFund Inc., formerly Accion Texas Inc., and the nation's largest nonprofit small business microlender.

Rosie is well established within the banking community in the DFW area.  Her previous role with LiftFund has made her a champion for the underserved business community.  Rosie also assists in community outreach programs helping establish relationships in neighborhoods that they serve.  With nearly a decade of banking experience, Rosie is highly regarded within the banking field.  

In 2015, Rosie served as one of the founding members of The Latina Coalition with the Department of Labor.  Rosie served on multiple boards including the Mayor's Star Council; Seagoville Economic Development Corporation; a cabinet member for Mayor Mike Rawlings' Task Force on Poverty; and currently the Treasurer for the Irving Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

When Rosie is not serving the community, she spends her time with Eloy, her husband of 11 years and their three dogs, Henry, Daken and Pixie.   Together she and her husband play on a co-ed softball team and take advantage of the outdoors.
